Karisma Kapoor reconciles with husband

Karisma Kapoor, who had been contemplating a legal separation with Delhi-based businessman Sunjay Kapur in 2010 (Mumbai Mirror, December 9, 2010), seems to have decided to give her marriage a second chance.
Making a fresh start, Kareena Kapoor's elder sister, spent Diwali with her estranged husband in his Delhi home after over a year of separation. Her daughter Samaira and son Kian too spent about a week with her and Sunjay.

A source told Mumbai Mirror, "Lolo had a great time in Delhi. She stayed in Sunjay's house for about four to five days. She has not looked so happy in a very long time. She clicked pictures with Sunjay and her kids and sent them across to Kareena, who was in London for the launch of her wax statue at Madame Tussauds."
Karisma married Sunjay in 2003. Soon after, her husband's alleged 'closeness' to certain women did not go down too well with the actress who had left her successful Bollywood career to settle down in Delhi.
After a brief period of estrangement, Karisma and Sunjay reconciled. But problems apparently started again when Karisma became pregnant with her second child. Sunjay was reportedly getting cozy with a Delhi-based socialite. Unhappy, with her husband's roving eye, Karisma shifted base back to Mumbai. She stayed with her children Samaira and Kian in Bandra and her visits to Delhi stopped completely.

"Karisma has put her past behind now. Better sense seems to have prevailed upon both her and Sunjay. He isn't with the Delhi socialite anymore. Karisma, too, is trying her best to stay optimistic," said the source.
A source close to Karisma told Mumbai Mirror, "Lolo and Sunjay are in a reconciliation mode. Why else would she go all the way to Delhi with her kids to celebrate Diwali?"

However, this reconciliation might not culminate into Karisma moving back to Delhi. The actress, who is currently working with Vikram Bhatt on Dangerous Ishq, will continue with her second innings in Bollywood.
She will soon start working on Soham Shah's remake of Satte Pe Satta. "Karisma is getting many offers for movies and television commercials," added the source.

While Karisma remained unavailable for comment despite repeated attempts, her husband Sunjay did not deny the fact that Karisma and the kids had spent Diwali in Delhi and added "So what? I do not wish to dwell on this. What has that got to do with anybody?"
